Service-now.com Offers Free Admin Training and an ITIL Bridge Course with Knowledge09 Registration

crowd Service-now.com, the pioneer of modern SaaS for IT service management, today announced the addition of free Service-now.com admin training and a free ITIL v2 to v3 bridge course included with Knowledge09 conference registration. Knowledge09, the third annual Service-now.com user conference, is back in San Diego, May 4-7, 2009.

Knowledge09 has created a community of professionals dedicated to solving the challenges of IT service management using modern technology and common-sense best practices. In addition to the admin training and ITIL bridge course, this year Knowledge09 offers hands-on labs designed for advanced and intermediate Service-now.com administrators.

Attendees must register now to reserve a space-available spot in the included pre-conference training or bridge course. The Service-now.com admin training class will run from 9am to 5pm on Sunday, May 3 through Monday, May 4. Also, Service-now.com and Consulting-Portal are offering the complimentary ITIL v2-v3 bridge course and certification on Monday May 4, from 9am to 5pm.

Knowledge09 keynotes, breakout sessions and content will be delivered by executives, IT experts and practitioners. Conference general session keynotes will be anchored by Fred Luddy, Service-now.com founder and CEO, John Douglas, CompuCom Systems CIO, and Norm Fjeldheim, Qualcomm CIO.

In addition, sessions will be delivered by Aspediens, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Consulting-Portal, Dimension Data, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Nashco, NYK Logistics, OhioHealth, RightAnswers, Service-now.com, TIAA-CREF, and Tulare County.
