New White Paper “Service Level Agreements Using ITIL V3”

ITIL 3Alsbridge announced today that their new white paper for outsourcing and information technology executives, “Five Steps to Establishing Effective Service Level Agreements Using ITIL® V3” is available immediately.

It advises firms on how to Use industry standard information technology infrastructure library to minimize value leakage in outsourcing Agreements.

The document is intended to advise readers how to utilize the ITIL V3 framework to create service level agreements (SLA’s) that will eliminate ambiguity, avoid unnecessary service contracting expenses and improve customer service experiences in IT outsourcing contracts.
